Irvine Woodbury is between Sand Canyon Avenue and Jeffrey Road near Trabuco Road. Built around 2005, Woodbury has a traditional grid design with 8 unique districts of residential homes, total 14 neighborhood squares, gardens and parks structured around a 30-acre central gathering park known as "The Commons" that offers athletic fields, a tot lot, recreation center and swimming pools.
